Good. They sell an 8mm one from a Korean brand. It looked the same, so I ordered it. If you're going to order an 8mm one, buy this one. It does have a slight smell, but I just cover it with a thin cloth and put a small odor remover underneath, and it's fine. I looked into the air pressure option and found that all three options are needed to achieve air pressure. Check the options carefully before buying. Otherwise, it only has heating and vibration. Without air pressure, it's not very useful... It doesn't vibrate much, so don't expect a massage effect. It makes some noise, but I don't mind. It's wired, not wireless. It's actually better than I thought. I was going to return it if it wasn't good, but my mom said it's better than she expected and will use it. I'm satisfied, so I bought another one for my sister. The delivery was fast, took 3 days.

I love it so much.. I hope it doesn't break down and lasts a long time... Even if you just use it as a pillow without vibrating it. It's comfortable to sleep on your side. Man i absolutely love this thing, just used it for the first time for 30 mins and had be feeling super good. only thing i dont like about it is that you have to keep it plugged in for power for it to work. but still definitely worth it

It's the same product as the expensive pillow I bought in Korea, but I got it at a much cheaper price. All functions work well and it's really great.

Arrived in good time no damage. smaller than i expected has to be plugged in when in use its very good the heat setting is so nice ive arthritis in t 5678 i do be in agony with headaches and neck pain and stiffness i'm praying this will help. it has pulse setting heat and a deep massage setting its seems good i'm going to try use twice a day hopefully ill get some relief.
